Happy Friday! Today’s review is on the Koelf Petitfee Ruby Bulgarian Rose Hydrogel Eye Patch, which I find handy for tired eyes.
I purchased this off Althea a couple of weeks back out of curiosity, and also partly because I’m going through a “rose- based” product phase now. It all started with the rose variant of the megurism steam eye mask I bought.
Needless to say, this is my current go-to item for lazy days.
Hey everyone, how’s it going? I had an order arrive from Althea last week, and today’s review is on the Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask.
I love clay masks, primarily because they mostly help control sebum secretion and my skin appears to be more radiant/whitened after usage. (I don’t know if this is a placebo effect though.) Apparently this version of the mask is different from the Jeju Volcanic Clay Mask, so if you have tried both please share with me your experience in the comments section. 🙂
Lastly, I will be sharing my referral code for Althea. Yay to free credits, Althea has steadily become my favourite K-beauty spot.
Standard new member sign ups will receive SGD$20 in welcome credits. If you sign up using the referral on my sidebar –> you get SGD$5 extra, making it a total of SGD$25! Don’t miss out. 🙂
To make things sweeter, Althea is having a 15% off Innisfree event now, each order will come with a deluxe green tea balancing sample kit (while stocks last). You can thank me later.

Alright, now on to the mask review!
HAPPY CNY everyone! I wasn’t planning on reviewing anything since I’ve been down with a nasty flu/cough bug for the past week, but on a last ditch effort to buy some Decofam (cough syrup) at Unity, I came across these. Sick or not, I was compelled to try them.
- Its a trio set from Vichy (and granted, Vichy items are not the cheapest around)
- I needed a pick-me-up from constantly stuffing my nose with facial tissues, not to mention the incessant hacking cough 😦
Hit “continue reading” to see what I thought of these mini masks. Also, I took a shot at upping my product photo game, let me know if you have any suggestions for improvement! 🙂

Hi people! I’m back from Tokyo (still wishing I’m there now), and was pleasantly surprised to receive a package from the folks from E’siwia. If you read about my experience at Giftopia, you may have noticed that there was a mention of a company which sells snail serum sheet masks.
E’siwia has been so kind to send me a box of their best selling snail serum masks for reviewing purposes.
If you suffer from these skin woes (pigmentation, wrinkles) and are looking to whiten/firm up your skin, you may want to hit the read more button below . Readers of EMC can also stand to win a contest, details are in the post 🙂
I have something which has been my secret guilty pleasure for a while now, and that’s the Kao Megurism/MegRhythm Steam Eye Masks. They are a great perk-me-up on hectic workdays, or even at times when I feeling crummy with what’s going around in life.
This particular box I purchased in Japan, but they can be found locally in any Watsons, Guardian or Unity Healthcare drugstores. The ones in SG come in Lavender, Chamomile and Rose – but I can’t confirm for sure if Yuzu is a “japan exclusive” scent.
Another notable difference is the size, this box has 14 pieces, while I think the local one is at SGD$6.50 for 5 pieces.
Season’s Greetings everyone! My, my. Where has 2015 gone? In this third installation of Project Finish, I have quick reviews of four items. Out of which 2 are hits and 2 are misses.
Hello everyone! I have a review on LuLuLun’s face masks today. I’m rather excited, as I’ll be headed to Tokyo this coming Sunday (can’t wait for the cool weather and awesome shopping!)
